Line the decal onto the cup or non fabric related item and stick, starting on one side and rubbing down the decal down. The adhesive is very strong, once applied, it cannot be removed.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e4. Using a squeegee or plastic card, rub the decal really well to properly adhere and work out any air bubbles.
